The PC awoke from hibernation, but there was no video input.
Basic troubleshooting has revealed that restarting the computer results in warning lights but no video or boot device; replacing the 5700XT with a GTX670 has not fixed the issue.
When all graphics processing units (GPUs) are removed and a video cable is plugged into the motherboard, the no video warning light turns off. However, the no boot device light stays on, and the problem persists even after clearing the CMOS.
The video warning indicator goes out after inserting the 5700XT, however the boot device indicator stays on.
Changing the CMOS battery was the last ditch effort, and now IT'S ALIVE!
The third CMOS battery on this Mainboard has lasted for 11 years.
