I have had my Zline in use for a couple of months. When I try to preheat it, it has take up to an hour. It will never get to temp if I put it on convection. When I made cookies they were supposed to take 11 minutes and took 25. Depending on the setting, some will be burnt and some raw after the recommended cooking time. There is no even cooking on the convection setting at all. I have contacted zline several times and they eventually get back with me via email and ask me to troubleshoot it. I have and it passes those tests. I can't get a live person on the phone after numerous attempts. I really need them to send someone to come and look at it. I had it professionally installed. This over was a huge splurge for me. I absolutely LOVE to cook but now nothing I make comes out right. 😭 I can't even make a can of biscuits. I have all this money invested in a piece of art at this point. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have watched numerous YouTube videos on how to preheat it, then change settings etc. Thank you!

I bought a Whirlpool AquaLift Range. It was advertised as a self-cleaning oven on the Home Depot website. The cleaning feature did nothing at all except leave 1 1/2 cups water in the bottom of my oven for me to mop up. When I called Whirlpool to complain I was told this was how it worked and it was a "assisted clean technology".... meaning I have to get on my hands and knees at age 61 and scrub it out manually. Even the repair tech confirmed that the feature was not self-cleaning. Right now, neither Home Depot or Whirlpool will take responsibility for this horrible product. I am livid. Any advice on what I can do would be appreciated. Our Bosch 800 dishwasher lost power. Turns out a wire in the junction box burned and left the interior of the box completely sooted up. Bosch says our model/serial is not on the recall list which was for a fire hazard on the power cord only not the box. Has any one experienced a burned out junction box?

I have been researching all-electric ranges with induction cooktops. My current range is 36" so I'm looking for a replacement in that size. It looks like options include Wolf and Fischer Paykel at the very high end, Bertazzoni, Electrolux and Bosch at the mid-range, and then Zline as the most affordable. I'm finding it very difficult to find actual reviews of these products that are not brand-generated. Does anyone have experience with any of these products?

Looking for stainless steel slide in gas, with warming drawer, knobs and display on front panel (not top) and continuous grates with black finish under (not stainless). I know, a lot to ask for. We had a flood disaster in our kitchen due to a leaking dishwasher and I am to the part of purchasing a new garbage disposal.

I took a photo of our old one, but can't figure out which new one to purchase. I want an InSinkErator Evolution but I can't figure out which of these three to purchase.

Do I need to purchase one with a power cord? I don't think my old one had one?

As you can tell, I am not a plumber LOL. Also, any idea of what this will cost me to install this plus install the faucet? We have a new Bosch dishwasher on the way. It is being installed by Lowes and they won't install the garbage disposal. Called a plumber to do all of it but his quote was 1500. Lowes is only charging 150 for dishwasher installation. Does anyone have the Thermador Freedom Induction Cooktop? Do you like it? Would you buy it again? Why or why not? We will be installing in our island without an overhead hood. Did you install a downdraft vent?

We are also considering the new Wolf Induction but it won’t be available until January at the earliest thus leaning towards Thermador.

I went through the installation guide but I wasn't able to find the specifics. I'm wondering if I can use 14 1/2" handle with M4 screws.
